The Challenge

Why would anybody want to run?

Most people struggle to run and some fall in love, almost instantly. The golas could vary but the experience is seen as a constant. Health, Social connection, belonging, Mental well-being, But what about the first set of people who struggle to run and find it non-productive or those who find it hard to keep it in continum .

The Insights

Running can be more than an individual sport, it is an opportunity to build social connections.

Social Connection

Incorporating stress/anxiety management through intrinsic and extrinsic motivation helps overall mood and mental health.

Mental wellbeing

An opportunity to promote achievements and intrinsic motivation to boost confidence and identity.
