Knowledge sharing has been one of the toughest challenges organizations face and have never been able to crack it. It happens at every step of the way, and onboarding is one of the primary steps where it could be addressed and set a precedence for betterment.
Surprisingly only 12% of the employees are satisfied with their experience. And there is a 45% chance of people dropping out in the first 3 months if they don't feel valued, costing huge expenses for the company. To avoid this and to deliver a unique preboarding experience we are combining cutting-edge virtual reality technology with personalized, interactive, and immersive experiences through Cohesion.

The Challenge
How can organizations simplify and enhance the onboarding process as a meaningful experience?
Newly hired employees lack direction or are usually overwhelmed with all the information poured upon them in the initial phases.
The hierarchy of information and its relevant values are shadowed because of the range and quantity of information there is to deliver in the beginning phase. There is barely any agreement on what is too much and what is little and also how is the information presented.
