How can we enhance knowledge sharing within a team or an Organization??
People in a team or within the organization come from different backgrounds and with a variety of knowledge and expertise. Unfortunately, this knowledge is either confined to silos or lost in transactions due to various reasons.
One such could be due to improper organizational set up which inhibits the identification, sharing or appreciation of knowledge.

A global workplace report by Gallup concluded that 85% Of Employees Are Not Engaged at Work
This is where my curiosity went up to identify what is that which is different from the other 15% workforce. This will help me understand the high percentage of disengagement.
To state as an opportunity "How might we enhance a young org’s internal engagement strategy to help transition, sustain, and flourish its growth?"



Hypothesis
As we started exploring the reasons for non-engagement at workplaces, there were some initial hypotheses that needed to be addressed during the interview with participants. The hypotheses are a mixture of facts and observations that were obtained from the desk research.
