Theory of Change

The Challenge

How can we enhance knowledge sharing within a team or an Organization??

People in a team or within the organization come from different backgrounds and with a variety of knowledge and expertise. Unfortunately, this knowledge is either confined to silos or lost in transactions due to various reasons.

One such could be due to improper organizational set up which inhibits the identification, sharing or appreciation of knowledge.

Culture

Micro and Macro culture needs to be recognized and acknowledged to help them create tailored sharing and learning methods.

The Curiosity

85.1%

A global workplace report by Gallup concluded that 85% Of Employees Are Not Engaged at Work

This is where my curiosity went up to identify what is that which is different from the other 15% workforce. This will help me understand the high percentage of disengagement.

To state as an opportunity "How might we enhance a young org’s internal engagement strategy to help transition, sustain, and flourish its growth?"

Hypothesis
